Starting at the curb, we’ll make our way around every area of the property, assessing each space. We approach our consultations from the perspective of prospective buyers and provide suggestions on how to strategically and visually market your home based on your time frame and budget. This is NOT a google consultation—that means, we cover all the important details that you won’t find by googling “how do I stage my home?” 

By the end of your consultation, you’ll have a clear home staging plan and the confidence to knock it out!

Styling Session & Photo Prep

Most prospective buyers are searching for that “this is the one!” moment. The magic that makes buyers fall in love with a home is the feeling they get as they’re experiencing your space in person. The secret sauce that gets them through the door though, well that comes from the story we tell them with your pictures.

On picture day, we will refine what you’ve already done so your spaces are picture-perfect.  Sessions average 2-6 hours depending on the home size and the finishing touches that are needed.

  • Accessories are styled
  • Beds are made & pillow placement is perfected
  • Curtains, towels, shower curtains, pillows, bedding & other textiles are positioned & steamed
  • Bookshelves are arranged & focal point vignettes are created
  • Small furnishings are rearranged
  • Artwork is hung
